If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product has size or color mismatches from your original order.

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

  • A valid purchase receipt or order ID is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fragrances (Attar/Perfume)

  • Undergarments or innerwear

  • Discounted or promotional sale items

  • Custom or special order products


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team via email at ndlifestylestore@gmail.com or call +880 1733-778079 within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product photos (if damaged).

  3. Once approved, our team will share return instructions and courier details.

Return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or the wrong item was delivered.


4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or mobile banking account.

  • Cash-on-Delivery orders will be refunded via mobile banking (Bkash/Nagad) after confirmation.

Please note that shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color:

  • The replacement will be shipped after we receive and verify the original item.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for the exchange delivery.


6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your replacement at no additional cost and handle all return logistics.
